Activate the yeast with a little water, sugar and flour. Sift the four and dissolve the baking soda in the yoghurt.
Add the yoghurt to the flour and egg. Add all of the remaining ingredients. Knead a soft dough.
Leave it to rise for about 1/2 an hour. Make balls from it and shape those into thin pitas. Smear them with a mixture of butter and ground garlic.
After baking them, put feta cheese and cheese on top, then bake briefly just for them to melt.
