Wash the pork ribs and cut them into servings. Chop the bacon into very tiny pieces.
Chop the sauerkraut finely and place 1/2 of it at the bottom of a deep oven dish.
Arrange the ribs on top and sprinkle pieces of bacon. Distribute the rest of the sauerkraut on top, so it covers the ribs.
Sprinkle with paprika, all purpose spice and canned tomatoes.
Pour on the sauerkraut juice and water over them.
Put the oven dish in a preheated oven and cook at 482°F (250 °C) for 2 hours.
