Pour the milk in the container in which you'll be boiling the pudding, add the sugar and coconut oil. Combine the pudding with a little milk and stir. Add this to the rest of the milk, boil for a few min. and remove from the stove.
If you have creme brulee bowls, use them, if not, use aluminum baking cups. Pour 1 tbsp pudding at the bottom of each, put a biscuit, then pudding again and so on until you have 3 layers of biscuits.
Leave for a few hours in the fridge to harden.
Beat the cream for cakes with 1 cup (250 ml) milk and garnish as desired. Bon appetit!
