How to cook
Boil the fish in salted water. Take it out of the broth, leave it to cool.
Strain the broth and to it add the chopped onions, celery, tomatoes, peppers and carrots. After 25 min., add the rice and boil until it softens. Add the meat from the fish. After a few min., remove from the stove.
Braise the oil with the paprika and pour it into the soup. Season it with lovage and serve.
