How to cook
Cut the chili peppers lengthwise and braise them briefly on both sides with a pinch of salt under a lid. Stir the yoghurt, mashed garlic and chopped parsley together.
Add the crumbled feta cheese and stir again. Take the chili peppers out and put them in a deep plate. Pour the yoghurt mixture over them.
Return the pan in which you fried the peppers back on the stove. Add a pinch of paprika and once it braises, pour it over the peppers.
