Grate the zucchini and season them with salt. Drain out the liquid. Add the eggs, which you've beaten with the flour and cottage cheese.
Grate about 3.5 oz (100 g) cheese. Stir well and pour it into a heated and oiled oven dish.
Bake for 20 min. in a high oven until golden.
Grate on the remaining cheese and finish baking another 5-10 min.
