Put the mince in a deep container, add the finely diced pickles, carrots and hard-boiled eggs to it.
Add the finely chopped onions, parsley, raw egg and bread slice that you've lightly squeezed to drain the milk. Mix very well and leave it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Next, distribute the mixture onto a wet towel and roll it up into a roll. Put it in a rectangular oven dish. Around it, add the potatoes which you've peeled and cut into slices ahead of time.
Season the potatoes with salt to taste and pour in the water. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 90 min.
