How to cook
Knead a smooth dough from the listed ingredients. Leave it to rise, then divide it into 6 identical balls. Roll out each one into a small sheet, smear with butter and cut half of them into strips.
Sprinkle the uncut sheets with feta cheese, wrap each one into a roll and arrange in a spiral pattern to form a flower. Do this for all of the balls of dough. Arrange them in an oven dish. Leave the pita to rise and smear it with beaten egg yolk, a little milk and oil.
Sprinkle the middle of the flowers with sesame and pumpkin seeds. Bake the pita in a 320°F (160 °C) oven.
