How to cook
Knead a mince as you would for meatballs and leave it aside. In a bowl, prepare a filling by mixing together the cream, the diced ham and cheese, peas, corn, salt and dill.
Roll out the mince into a rectangular sheet on buttered foil. Fill the roasted peppers with the stuffing and arrange them in the middle, on top of the mince.
Carefully wrap it into a tight roll. Transfer to a buttered oven dish and bake in a preheated oven until ready.
