How to cook
Wash the chicken, cut it down the middle along the breast bone and put it in a ceramic oven dish or in baking paper, so it doesn't stick.
Smear the chicken on all sides with the spices, turn it with the skin facing up and arrange long, thin slices of butter on it.
Put it in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven and bake.
Periodically, baste the chicken with the melted butter from the bottom of the oven dish using a large spoon. Once it's ready, turn it over to the other side for 5-10 min. for it to gain an appetizing crisp on the bottom as well.
