How to cook
Beat the egg whites with the sugar to fluffy cream using a mixer.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven. After it's baked, let it sit for 10 min. in the form, then take the cake out and invert into a suitable plate.
After it's fully cooled, smear it with the glaze which you've beaten into cream using a mixer. Prepare the caramel to the desired color and while still warm, pour it over the cake on top.
