Savory Stuffed Mushrooms
- mushrooms - 12, medium - sized
- ham - 3.5 oz (100 g)
- pickles - 4 - 5
- garlic - 5 - 6 cloves
- peppers - 2 - 3, roasted, canned
- tomatoes - 2
- processed cheese
Clean and wash the mushrooms after removing their stems.
Arrange them in an oven dish with the cut part facing up.
Dice the pickles, tomatoes, peppers and ham.
Crush the garlic cloves using a garlic press.
Knead everything and put part of the mixture in each mushroom, while placing a piece of processed cheese on top.
Sprinkle grated cheese at the very top.
Pour a little water in the oven dish, cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven.
Finally, remove the foil and let them get a nice crisp on top.
