Boil the potatoes unpeeled. Then peel them and put them in a bowl. Mash them and add the eggs, salt and black pepper. Stir and add the flour in 2 lots, while stirring.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Remove the sausage peel and cut up the sausage.
Once the onions are braised a bit, add the sausage/sujuk. Braise briefly and remove from the stove. Put half the mashed potatoes in a cake form. Take the fried mixture out with a slotted spoon and distribute it evenly over the mashed potatoes.
Grate the cheese on top but set aside a little of it. Cover with the mashed potatoes and press lightly with your fingers. Bake at 356°F (180 °C) about 40 min.
Shortly before removing it from the oven, add the remaining grated cheese. Slide a knife between the cake and form, separate it from the ring.
