How to cook
Debone the chicken legs, season with the spices for chicken, salt and black pepper. Pour the can of tomatoes and tomato sauce in an oven dish.
Before the chicken is fully cooked, take it out of the oven, throw on the mozzarella pieces, sprinkle with oregano again and bake until ready. Optionally, after you take the oven dish out, sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley.
