How to cook
Peel the boiled eggs and grate them. Dice the pickles finely and add them to the eggs.
Peel the garlic and put it in a deep container, add the cream cheese and yoghurt. Beat well with a hand blender until homogeneous.
Add the mixture and mayonnaise to the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
This is a great idea for making use of any leftover eggs after Easter.
