How to cook
Boil the potatoes and peel them. Cut them into slices. Julienne the fillet and braise briefly in heated oil. Season with salt.
Arrange the potatoes at both ends of a suitable oven dish and put the chicken meat in the middle. Sprinkle with oil and bake in a preheated oven for about 15 min.
Beat the eggs with the mayonnaise. Pour this over the potatoes and chicken and bake until golden. Sprinkle with marjoram and rosemary.
