How to cook
Beat the eggs with 1 pinch salt with a mixer for 5 min. Add the sugar and beat again for 5 more min. Next, add the oil, yoghurt and milk.
Combine the vanilla, baking powder and flour and add them. Stir well and grate on the lemon rind.
Pour it into an oiled cake form and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven, without opening the oven door during the 1st 20 min. of baking.
