How to cook
Wash the steaks and tenderize them with a wooden mallet if necessary. Season with the spices and leave them aside to take in the flavors.
In the meantime, cut the mushrooms into crescents, the onions into cubes. In an oiled glass oven dish, arrange steaks, then processed cheese, onions and mushrooms. Arrange a 2nd layer in the same order, until out of ingredients. Pour on the cream and put to bake in a preheated 482°F (250 °C) oven for 1 hour 30 min.
Garnish with boiled rice if desired.
