Boil water, to which you've added 1 tbsp vinegar and a little salt, in a pot.
Break the eggs in and wait for them to poach, then take them out with a slotted spoon.
Lay out plates, in which you've crumbled a little feta cheese and put yoghurt.
Put the eggs on top. Sprinkle them with paprika. In another container, bring the oil to a boil and pour this over the eggs.
