How to cook
Mix together 4/5 cup (200 ml) oil, the vinegar, sugar, salt and black pepper. Put it on the stove to boil. To this marinade, add the carrots, which you've cut into round slices.
Boil until they soften. Boil the beans in salted water. Bake, peel and cut the peppers. Pour the boiled beans in a large oven dish.
Add the peppers, peas, boiled carrots and pickles, cut into round slices. To them, add the tomato paste and stir.
Fry the remaining oil, leave it to cool and pour it into the oven dish. Stir well and fill jars with this salad. Sterilize for 20 min.
