- oats - 2/5 cup (100 g), fine
- eggs - 1
- carob - 1 tbsp
- water - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
- coconut oil - a little, optional
Grind the oats to flour. Beat the eggs, add the carob and oats.
Pour in a little water at a time until you get a nice mixture.
Leave it to sit in the fridge for a bit. Then fry pancakes from it in a Teflon pan without oil.
