Ingredients

Preparation

Boil the egg, peel it and grate it along with the feta cheese and cheese in a bowl.

Peel the garlic cloves and press them, add them to the bowl along with the spices, yoghurt and stir well with a fork.

Wash the parsley and chop it finely, add it to the other ingredients and stir again. You can add other ingredients of your choice.

Pour it into a shallow plate and serve the garlic antipasto with cherry tomatoes and parsley.find similar recipes here
