Beat 1/4 cup milk with the egg yolks. While stirring nonstop, add the flour.
It's best to stir with a whisk. Mash the bananas until you get a sludge, add the sugar and remaining milk.
Put this mixture on the stove and wait for it to come to a boil, then take the pot off and add the egg mixture to it, while stirring nonstop.
Return to the stove for 3 min. Distribute the cream into bowls and put them in the fridge. After 30 min, the cream is ready for consumption!
