How to cook
Pour the yoghurt in a bowl, add the baking powder and stir by hand until the mixture becomes effervescent. Gradually add the eggs, oil, salt and flour (not all at once but in several lots), while beating with a mixer.
Leave the mixer aside and pour crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley (optional) over the sticky dough.
Lay out 2 large baking trays with baking paper and pour the mixture in a number of heaps on top using a tablespoon. Bake at 356°F (180 °C) with the fan on for about 15-17 min.
After baking, the feta cheese buns fluff up into all kinds of different shapes but they're all equally delicious, plus they're so quick and easy to make.
