How to cook
Take the puff pastry out to thaw. Cut it into 4″ (10 cm) squares.
Dice the tomatoes, cut the ham into strips. Grate the cheese and mix it with 2 of the eggs.
Put some of the ham onto each square, then tomatoes and cheese.
Pull the edges a bit and fold the angles in toward the filling. Pinch them on top so the filling doesn't spill out.
Arrange the packets in a tray with baking paper. Smear them with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 392°F (200 °C) for 15-20 min.
Optionally, you can add spices of your choice.
