Ingredients

  • walnuts - 1 cup, ground
  • eggs - 4
  • flour - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • butter - 1 cup

Preparation

Beat the sugar and butter to whitening and add the ground walnuts and flour to them.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat the whites to snow.

Add them to the other mixture and put to bake in a rectangular form at 356°F (180 °C) until ready.

After taking it out of the oven, pour cream over it, made from 4 yolks beaten with the powdered sugar.

Wait 2-3 hours before cutting it so the cream can dry.
