How to cook
Wash, peel and grate the zucchini, leave them to drain.
Wash, peel and grate the carrots.
Squeeze the zucchini and mix them with the carrots. To them, add the flour, beaten eggs, the bulgur which you've soaked in hot water ahead of time, the salt, oil, crumbled feta and baking soda.
Pour the resulting mixture into an oven dish covered with baking paper, sprinkle with seeds and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven until reddened.
