How to cook
Cut the leg of lamb into coarse pieces, pour on the vinegar, add the allspice and a little of the parsley and leave it for 1 hour 30 min. Then wash them and spike them with small pieces of the bacon.
Saute the meat in the butter for 10 min., then add a little warm water as well. Add the finely chopped onions, roundly sliced carrots, tomatoes and paprika.
Saute for another 15 min., add the parsley, wine and the flour, diluted with water beforehand. Put it in a pot, smear the lid with a dough made of flour, water and salt and boil everything for 2 hours on slow heat.
