How to cook
Beat the egg yolks and sugar with a mixer until whitened.
While stirring nonstop, add the oil and the yoghurt with the baking soda dissolved in it beforehand, plus the flour at the end.
Pour it into an oven dish with baking paper and bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for about 20 min. While it's baking, beat the egg whites and sugar to a hard snow.
Once ready, smear the cake immediately with jam. Smear the egg white mixture on top and return to the oven for it to crisp.
