Remove the seeds from the dried peppers and boil them until softened.
Clean the dock of the membranes and blanch it for about 3 min. in salted water. Pour out the water and chop it finely. Finely chop the onions and braise them.
Next, add the peppers and dock. Fry about 10 min. Add the feta cheese and eggs and cook until the eggs are ready.
