How to cook
First, preheat the oven to 356°F (180 °C). Beat the eggs well with the sugar until it melts.
Add the yoghurt and oil. Sift the flour with the baking powder and pour them gradually to the liquid ingredients, while stirring nonstop until there's no lumps left. Add the vanillas and coconut flakes.
Mash the bananas to a puree and add them to the dough. Using a spoon, pour the mixture into paper muffin cups, up to 1 finger below their edge.
Put pieces of crumbled dark chocolate on top. Arrange the muffin cups in an aluminum muffin tray.
Bake in the oven, check to see if they're ready with a toothpick - it needs to come out clean.
