Mix the mince with the eggs, finely chopped onion and spices. In a separate container, extinguish the baking soda in the yoghurt, which you've mixed with the breadcrumbs.
Let it bubble and add it to the mince. Knead once again and put it away for 30 min. in the fridge.
Form meatballs with oiled hands, roll them in flour and braise in highly heated oil.
Serve with a salad of your choice.
