How to cook
Knead the mince in a bowl with the egg, finely chopped onions, the spices, yoghurt. The yoghurt prevents the mince from shrinking during baking.
Stir everything with your hands until the ingredients are fully absorbed. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven.
Smear each bread slice with part of the mixture, distributing it in a thin layer. Put the slices in a tray or directly onto the metal oven grill.
Bake them for about 15 min. or until the mince gains a golden-brown crisp.
