Cut the lamb meat into portions - that way it'll bake more thoroughly. Combine the oil, paprika, black pepper and salt.
Smear each piece well with the resulting paste, rub it in. Arrange the portions in an oven dish, pour in 2 finger widths of water.
Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven for 2 hours. The slower it bakes, the juicier it becomes.
It goes well both with red wine and beer.
