Dice the carrots. Tear the broccoli and cauliflowers into tiny florets.
Boil all of the vegetables in salted water until they soften.
Whip the eggs, add the milk and crumbled feta to them, stirring well.
Distribute the vegetables in a glass cooking container and pour on the egg mixture.
Bake in a moderate oven at 338°F (170 °C) for about 20 min.
