How to cook
Wash the potatoes well, without peeling them. Poke them with a fork and smear with the oil. Wrap each potato in foil, then bake in a 392°F (200 °C) oven for 1 hour until ready.
Once ready, carve them out carefully with a spoon from the top side in order to form a bowl. Put a piece of butter in each carved out potato.
Arranged the stuffed potatoes in an oven dish or directly onto a sheet of foil and bake for 20 min. at 356°F (180 °C). Serve warm. You can pour yoghurt or other sauce of your choice over them if you like.
