  • eggs - 6
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g) + 6 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 powder packet


Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer. Add the egg mixture to the boiled milk and stir.

Caramelize the sugar and distribute it into cups. Pour in the egg mixture. Arrange the cups in an oven dish in which you've poured cool water.
