How to cook
Wash the peppers, dry them and bake in a dry pan, while turning them on all sides.
While the peppers are baking, chop the spices into a jar, add the oil, vinegar and salt, close the jar and shake.
Once the peppers are ready, take them out, put them in the jar, close it, shake well and leave them to marinate for 5 min., while shaking the jar well several times during that time.
Then they're ready to eat.
