How to cook
Roast the peppers and peel them. Arrange them in a salad plate and sprinkle with salt.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces, season with salt and pour them over the peppers.
Peel the garlic, mash it to a paste and sprinkle it over the salad with the finely chopped parsley.
Heat the oil in a suitable container.
Once it starts to smoke a bit, take it off the stove and pour it over the salad.
A plain but very tasty salad.
