How to cook
Put the eggs, vanilla, milk and 1/4 of the sugar in a container and beat them.
Put the remaining sugar to melt. Once ready, smear the walls of the form with the resulting caramel.
Pour in the egg mixture. Bake in a 356°F (180 °C) oven with the fan on until the cream hardens.
