How to cook
Tenderize the veal fillets very well after removing all membranes from both sides. It's best to wrap them in plastic wrap first, to prevent the meat from tearing.
Heat a grill pan and place the steaks, seasoned with salt and black pepper and smeared with oil, to grill.
Grill for 5-6 min. on each side
Serve with a garnish of your choice.
