How to cook
Beat the eggs in a deep container. To them add the flour by sprinkling, milk in a trickle, baking soda and salt. You have to obtain a thick mixture.
Take 1 bread slice (about 1/2″ (1 cm) thick) at a time and dip it in the mixture on both sides, then fry it in the melted butter until reddened.
Sprinkle the ready bread slices with powdered sugar.
