How to cook
Chop the parsley finely. Mash the feta cheese in a bowl and break the eggs. Knead the mixture. Add the melted butter and chopped parsley. Stir until homogeneous.
Cut each phyllo pastry sheet into 3 strips. Smear each sheet with butter, put some filling on and fold it closed.
Smear each packet with butter and fry in a nonstick pan which you've also buttered.
