The Tastiest Potato Meatballs
- potatoes - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg)
- onions - 2 heads
- garlic - 1 clove
- parsley - 1/2 bunch
- dill - 1/2 bunch
- eggs - 2
- spinach - 1/2 packet, frozen (optional)
- feta cheese - 2.5 oz (75 g)
Braise the chopped onion and crushed garlic clove in a pan with a little oil. Season with the savory and black pepper. You can add diced pieces of spinach too.
I recommend that you thaw the spinach well and strain it from the excess water. Shape meatballs, arrange them in an oven dish with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 15-20 min. Season with whatever salad and sauce you prefer. I used lettuce salad and a white garlic sauce.
