How to cook
Peel and wash the potatoes. Boil them in salted water with 2 tbsp oil. Once they're boiled, leave them to cool.
Dice the ham and pickles. Grate the potatoes and season with salt and savory (or other spices of your choice). Break 2 eggs and beat them.
Put foil along the sides of a cake form and pour in 1/2 of the mixture, put the ham on top, then pickles and processed cheese.
Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for 25-30 min. Then take it out, wait for it to cool completely and invert in a baking tray.
Grate the cheese on top and return to the oven to crisp.
