How to cook
Cut the zucchini thinly and saute them in the butter. Salt to taste.
Add the crumbled feta cheese, cheese (leave a little to grate at the end) and flour. Pour the milk and egg over the dish. Bake in a moderate oven until the zucchini take in the milk and egg.
Take out of the oven, grate the remaining cheese on and bake for a final 10 min.
