How to cook
Heat the milk, dissolve the yeast in it, add the eggs (set aside 1 yolk for smearing), salt and gradually start adding the flour.
Knead a very soft dough and leave it for 20 min. to rise. Once it's ready, smear a tray with oil and with oiled hands form small buns.
Arrange them in the tray, cut a few small X's on top with a small knife, smear them with the beaten yolk, a little milk and sprinkle with sesame, black cumin and finely chopped spearmint.
Put them in the oven, turn it up to 356°F (180 °C) for 15 min., then increase it to 410°F (210 °C) for another 10-15 min.
