Whip the eggs in a bowl, then add the sugar and continue whipping. Add the flour and whip again - your liquid mixture is ready!
Smear a tray with oil and place baking paper in it. Bake for at 15 min. at 356°F (180 °C) until the layer is ready.
Once it's baked, put it on a moist towel, smear it with the jam very quickly and roll it up, while being careful not to crumble it.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and your sponge cake roll is ready to eat!
