Mix all the ingredients together, excluding the meat, and stir well.
Cut the ribs into small pieces; it's best to cut them across as well.
Boil them for 15 min. and put them in the prepared marinade.
Smear each piece well on all sides and leave them to sit for 1 hour in the fridge.
Then put the ribs in an oven dish and bake at 356°F (180 °C) for 40 min., while basting them with the remaining sauce periodically.
Once they're baked, boil the leftover sauce from the marinating on low heat and serve it in a bowl with the ribs.
