In an oiled tray, place half the sheets, pour on half the batter. Place the other sheets on top. Cut it into rhombuses and pour the melted butter into the cuts.
Bake in a 320°F (160 °C) oven to a nice color. Pour the sugar syrup over the cold baklava.
To make the syrup, put 4 cups sugar, 4 cups water, 2 vanillas and lemon zest on the stove, boil for 5 min.
